Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) foundations improve academic learning in students and are essential for creating a healthy way of life. SEL can increase a child’s happiness and engagement and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. SEL Learning includes self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and decision making.
