I supported students with diverse learning needs, developed customized learning plans, and fostered growth through small-group instruction. I am well-versed in using a variety of literacy frameworks and tools to ensure that every child makes meaningful progress.I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel empowered to take on challenges. My teaching approach combines creativity, patience, and data-driven strategies to help children build a strong academic foundation while developing independence and a growth mindset.
