Hello, My name is Rania! I help on the administrative side of JAM Teaching and Consulting. I am a former teacher and love the educational world. I have a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Washington and endorsements in reading and health and fitness.

I have worked primarily in kindergarten and in the first and third grades. Teaching the youngest learners the skills to succeed in life and the classroom is my passion! Success starts young, and partnerships with families begin at that time; I enjoy fostering these relationships and seeing them grow. I have worked with district-level programs and leadership training for WaKids and Kindergarten play-to-learn programs and am interested in how children learn and develop through play.
